You can be fully utilizing the system in less than half an hour after we install the software. We personalize your system before it leaves our office. Your company name, address, phone, and hardware configuration will be established for you. After setting up a few quick files, you can start invoicing right away! Customers and parts can be set up "on the fly" from the invoicing screen. You aren't even required to use preprinted forms because the system will print forms for you, if you wish. It's a plug it in and go system. |
Can I access the software from a Remote Location? |
The Bottom Line Cloud System allows users to access the system anywhere you have an internet connection. Local access to the internet is all you need. |

Not with our system! There are no limitations within the software, you will be able to store as much information as you need to. |

Unlike other software vendors, we do not charge a technical support fee. As long as you are running the current cloud version of our software our support is free of charge, via E-mail. We regularly upgrade our software, releasing new enhancements once a year. When an upgrade is released, we install the upgrade for you on your cloud server for you. |

Our company has been in business since 1988 and we plan on being here for quite some time! Our system was first introduced in 1989 and in 1994 we came out with our Windows version. Our cloud system has been in operation since 2017. We continuously enhance our software to meet the needs of our users and to keep up with todays rapidly-changing computer technology. We take pride in the development of a quality product, a notch above the rest. |
I've never used a computer before, is it hard to learn the system? |
The Bottom Line Service System is extremely simple to learn and use. We have designed our system with the first-time computer user in mind. The screens are intuitively designed., i.e., the invoicing screen looks like an invoice. There are look up windows on all key fields to help you find and enter valid data. The User's Manual is written in layman's terms, not computerize and is available on-line in Adobe Acrobat format. There are help notes on every screen and are printable by Topic. Our customers are able to learn the system in just a few days. |

E-Mail system support is quick and easy. Typically we respond to E-Mail support questions quickly between 8:00 to 5:00 PST. |
What do I do with the information in my old system? |
Not only do we have built-in import capabilities for customer and part items, we frequently do custom file conversions for customers. The programs are designed to YOUR specifications so that all of the information you need is provided to you in the Bottom Line Service System for Windows format without you entering a single item! Turnaround time on this type of service is expedited so that you can start using the system with your own customers, parts, vendors etc. right away. |
What do I need to be able to send E-Mails from Bottom Line? |
Nothing, The Bottom Line Service System includes everything you need to send e-mails to your customers or techs. Additionally, we have built-in PDF creation capabilities so you can create copies of invoices, work orders, purchase orders, statements or any report and then you can attach them to your e-mail and send them to anyone. These capabilities are all built into the Bottom Line Service System at no extra expense to you. Also, an e-mail log automatically stores every e-mail that you have sent and gives you the ability to review, edit and/or re-send the e-mails. |
